Mobilelime Inc., a Watertown, Mass. based provider of software that lets consumers to make purchases via mobile phones, has merged with Cuesol Inc., a Stage 1 Ventures portfolio company. No financial terms were disclosed. Mobilelime has raised around $15 million in VC funding from firms like Ignition Partners, Seapoint Ventures and Oak Investment Partners. From the Mobilelime site:
