go2 enables Yahoo! Mobile Publisher Services

Yahoo! Inc., announced the launch of Yahoo! Mobile Publisher Services, a suite of services designed to enable publishers to increase the discovery, distribution and monetization of their content on mobile phones. Yahoo!’s goal: to enable the growth of the mobile Internet to benefit consumers, publishers and advertisers. The service is scheduled to go live in the second quarter of 2007.
go2, a Stage 1 Ventures portfolio company, has been selected by Yahoo! as a launch partner. go2 will expand their leading location-enabled Mobile Content Networktm offering to include Yahoo! Mobile Web Service offerings in 19 countries. From the go2 press release:
