Akumina, a Nashua, N.H.-based modern intranet platform powering personalized digital employee experiences, is poised for expansion in 2019.

“2018 was a banner year for Akumina. Not only is our platform redefining today’s modern intranet, but global-scale enterprises have started to take notice as they look for better ways to empower their digital and customer-side employees,” said David Maffei, president and CRO at Akumina. “We anticipate celebrating new milestones again this year as we continue to deliver the flexible, contextual and engaging workplaces businesses need to be successful.”

Supporting its customer expansion and product development, Akumina grew its headcount by more than 50 percent in 2018 with an additional 50 percent increase planned for 2019 to support its global enterprise customers. In order to accommodate this team, Akumina is also moving to a modern and smart-enabled office space at its headquarters in the Greater Boston area.
